Opening Disk Images

Disk Images can be opened for file and folder browsing or for scanning.

To open a Disk Image file, follow the steps below:

1. Run the Open Disk Image Wizard by doing one of the following:
   • Select Disk Images in the Command Bar and click Open Disk Image
   • From the Wizards menu, click Open Disk Image
2. Follow the instructions in the wizard to open the Disk Image file.
3. If the Disk Image opens successfully, it will appear as a node in either Local Logical Drives or Local Data Storage Devices tree with the Disk Image icon (). You can perform all tasks on this node that are applicable for a drive, a device or a partition.
