Searching for Deleted Files and Folders

When you use one of the search methods in ARAX Disk Doctor, you can easily find specific files or folders and perform operations such as Recover or Preview on the search results.

You can search for files and folders using:

• Search Bar - An immediate search using the basic criteria set in the Search Bar.
• Advanced Search Wizard - A wizard that steps you through a more detailed search providing you with more options for search criteria.

After a search is complete, you can review the search results in Search Results View.

Search Results View

This window displays a list of files and folders that are a result of a defined search. You can use this view to select specific files by selecting the check box to the left of each file or folder, and clicking Recover in the toolbar.
