Hardware Info File

ARAX Disk Doctor allows you to create a summary listing of all your local data storage devices in a single file. This data is saved in “human-readable format” and can help our technical support staff analyze your computer configuration for defects or point out disk failures.

To create a Hardware Info File:

1. Run the Hardware Info File Wizard by doing one of the following:
   • In the Command Bar, select Support and then click Create Hardware Info File
   • In the File menu, click Save Hardware Info As..
   The Create Hardware Info Wizard appears.
   
   
2. Follow the instructions presented by the wizard.
