Checking for Updates

ARAX Disk Doctor can check if there is a newer version of ARAX Disk Doctor or a new upgrade available for download. By default, ARAX Disk Doctor checks automatically through the Internet every time you start the application. This automatic check can be turned off using the Application Settings dialog.

You can also check if a newer version is available at any time while the application is running by doing the following:

Select Support in the Command Bar and click Check for Updates.
If a newer version is available for downloading, a dialog box appears with a link to the download page. Follow the link to download the new version of ARAX Disk Doctor.

Note:
Select or clear check boxes for other recovery options on this wizard page.
Check for Updates" does not appear in the DEMO version of ARAX Disk Doctor.
